Ingredients

78ml whole milk

1tsp dried camomile

1tsp honey

Method

Heat the milk to near boiling point

Add the dried camomile (I add the camomile in a biodegradable teabag)

Remove teabag. Add a teaspoon of honey and stir.

Drink, enjoy and relax.
